Check the model name on the packaging and keep the supplied instructions. The current MonthlyCup Normal Pink product page lists an instruction manual and a fabric storage pouch among the included items.
Use the original instructions
Use that leaflet for the preparation, insertion, removal, cleaning and storage steps for your product. This introductory page does not replace those steps or prescribe one cleaning method for every cup.
Keep unanswered questions visible
If a step is unclear, write down the product name and the instruction you need help with, then contact the product support team. Product support can explain the product documentation; personal health questions need an appropriate healthcare professional.
